Code Red here. I think there are 10 levels. Restaurants closed. My sister and brother in law have Covid-19. Sister stayed at home. She is a tough old broad and beat cancer and has pretty much beat this. Took her some bleach and disinfectants so she can get her house sanitized and found her in the pasture exercising one of her horses. Brother in law was in ICU for 4 days, but now its looks like he has beat it to. Pretty bad here. Hospitals have no room.
On a lighter side??? first In-N-Out in CS opened last week. Idiots waited in an 8 hour line to get just a drippy hamburger.

I guess the mask thing here is personal preference. Went with wife to soccer field where she runs the dogs. 3 groups of kids, by age group, maybe 200 and many parents. Not a mask to be seen. Of course beautiful weather and lots of open space.

Not the same old same old here. Monday 90F and still much smoky haze from fires on the Western slope. Tuesday in the 30s and blowing kinda soft graupel diamonds, aka rice snow. Won’t stick.

Keep getting me confused. I’m to old and can’t keep up with your women mis- adventures. Dysfunctional daughter and problems with nerve regrowth keep me occupied. On a lighter side and less trouble than your women…lots of bears this year. Been harmless, but. Had one walk right by me while setting on my front porch in the middle of the afternoon. This one was to small to be be the one that shits on my front lawn about every three nights. Dogs know it when he comes through. Forecast snow in the city on the 8th. 80s today.

You should see some of the stuff on Reddit here. I used to think much of it was typos. I am convinced that many people can’t spell or put together an understandable sentence. Read one today that was total word salad. Have no idea what the point was.
I am also quilty but claim old age and pre alzheimers..

Hail season is here. Pea size for a few minutes yesterday. Hope that’s all we see.Woke up to a noise that turned out to be a chain saw and the worlds best neighbor on my front slope trimming scrub oak. Wife out there now working with him. He’s 79, healthy and just a great guy. Drinks Knob Creek and beer. Cleans his old yellow Ferrari (spl).whether it needs it or not. Wife rides with him when weather is good.
No problems here. I can’t contort my broken body enough that I won’t get in it.Stay healthy. Stay safe.

Another sleepless night. Did my version of a hike on my deck. Surprise saw my first bears this year in my back yard. Mom and a cub. Generally harmless but you never know.
Don’t feed the bears, but I do sometimes throw some old lettuce to bambi.
Some restaurants will open on the 17th. Probably includes bars and pubs.
Very little meat on grocery shelves.

In Colorado Springs.people generally seem to be masking and keeping their distance. I’m not a social animal so not an authority. Many parks to walk the dogs, distancing prevails.
Don’t believe there are any shortages.
Having beautiful weather. Mountains still covered with snow Out my front door is Pike Peak. It will have snow into June.
Quite frankly I’m a dirty old man and more interested in continuing adventures with Catherine and Gam Gam.
Please stay safe and don’t push the authorities.

We are supposed to stay at home but the weather is nice. Wife and I took off this morning. I can get to total wilderness within 5 miles of my house. Went W. to the Old Stage Road over the mountain cut NW using several gravel roads to the mountains the West of Air Force Academy. Dirt, mud, rocks, deer, fox. and 1 bear for 50 miles. Picnic under the B-52 and then exited out the S. end of the AFA
Used local paved roads 15 miles to home.
