I just recently watched “Bridges of Madison County” again. it’s such a nice movie. Added.to my favorites list.
You keep mentioning “Shamless” so it may be time for me to watch.
Going back to Colorado Springs in 2 weeks.
I have decided not to live in Korea, although my wife may live here part of the year.
Will miss her when she is here. She takes great care of me.My spinal stenosis seems to be worsening.

BTW, there are banana moon pies. I do not shop, but i went down that forbiden aisle yesterday.There are Twinkies and Ding Dongs. I thought they all went away. I can send you a few boxes to help with your weight loss

Re, Moon Pie. Told my wife to buy real LOTTE Choc pies instead of all faux all over Korea. Was I surprised, she came back with a box of Moon Pies. The real 1917 stuff. Camp Hunphries Commisary.

Please don’t use that dirty word “ms.” it’s likely a slow inflammation over time. (my case). that can be taken care of with an anti-infammatory from a Dr. Possibly a steroid.

Having gone through several yeas now, of my brain not speaking to my ankles I can offer this.
You have made no mention of back pain or sciatic pain so rule that out, but not completely.
The bundle of nerves that go through the sacrum, if injured, may cause knee issues without sciatic pain. Just saying.
We are all different and I am only smart and maybe not smart enough about my own body.

I have noticed the absence of 19 kilo ass and the black woman for many posts. Just wondering.

I was worried. You missed a whole days post. Its good to see Aine again. The pecan pie has me salivating.

We will have the typhoon move North through the peninsula for the next 2 days, Camp Humphries getting ready.
Gotta go to Colorado Springs next week. I hope the weather here and Dallas, will not cause issues.

My daughter had her nasal passages scooped out a couple of years ago. So far, so good.

Deep breathing works for me. The smoke from Canada has been over Colorado Springs for several weeks, on and off. Not near as bad as NE

You certainly need to monitor that oxygen saturation. I am usually of 90, but my doctors are not concerned. Taking deep breaths will take it to 95. I am at 7000 feet altitude. It makes a difference. I am going back to Korea soon and my SPO2 will be 96-96.
Good for you to get away and distance yourself from Rose. Be careful to not go to far with slandering her You are the foreigner, she is the native.

In TX resting with a very bad cold. On my way home to Colorado Springs soon. Anyway, while incapacitated I ‘ve watched Maverick and then Lucifer. Easy for me to get hooked bc of 62 Vette, the one I let go. Finished s1 e1. Will probably down a bunch of alcohol, wrap in a blanket and binge.
Drop Mary. My pick; I forgot her name, the girl with the big round glasses that shows up for many hashes. I believe she won a beauty contest last year.
Back to Korea in July.

I have not seen a Whatchamacallt candy bar in many years. I think they inhabited the PX. Also Chunky. Not quite the same as back in the day, but I can get my fix from Amazon.

There are several bundles of nerves coming out of several vertebra in the lumbar area. Many, maybe most, when aggravated can cause sciatica.
My issue is one severed nerve that does not allow my brain to communicate with my ankles.
I don’t think it’s a stretch to say that you have nerve that is aggravated by an issue in your spinal column.
Just adding my two cents.
Just for knowledge. look up the word neuropathy and a medication, gabapentin.

Angie is cute, but the Filipinas you send pictures of generally don’t measure up to the young ladies in Korea. And then there is Aine. Don’t remember why you haven’t hooked up with her. i can almost feel the heat coming off of her. There were a couple of other WOW’S, but here in Korea they are everywhere.
Thought you were moving to the blue house.
