I have a question.
Why have multiple people accused you of being racist? Seemingly both online and in the flesh on numerous occasions.
Granted I don’t know you in real life and miss a lot of your posts and comments on here to know the exact reason or what they are talking about, but it seems that every day I read here that someone is having a stroppy over something racist you have said or done.

If only someone weren’t so stubborn and had listened to old Dr Greg when he suggested you fork out 2 or 300 bucks and get a generator. Christ – You spend a comparable amount on 2 Ozempic jabs which don’t seem to be doing anything.
My power goes out for a few hours every week too. But I push a few buttons and 30 seconds later I am enjoying ice cold AC, hot showers, watching a movie while the proles sit around outside dripping sweat fanning themselves with a newspaper worrying that their freezer will defrost and the contents go bad. And it costs nothing to run…..pennies every hour.Get on the winning team, looser!!

While he might have not expressed it in the politest or most diplomatic way, I’d have to say Leroy is largely mirroring my opinion.
Swan probably wants to be off on her own, but there is too much financial benefit for her to stick around – food, money, vacations, house, you look after her family etc. Nit calling her a gold digger for a second, but money and security in a country where there is very little of either is a massive temptation to stay. Also not doubting she cares for you a lot, but it seems in your quest to not die alone that you are blinding yourself to the red flags and signals she is putting out.

This stuff sith Swan seems to be becoming a twice monthly event. You have been pretty vague about the causes, but are there similar (sorry for sounding like a wanker) “triggers” that are instigating the whole thing? Jealousy? You, as am I, are in a very fucked up environment….The idea that every time you go out you can easily find someone to sleep with has to be nerve (w)racking for chicks in a world where everyone is cheating on each other. SE Asians learn about sex and relationships by watching their dog, goats, chickens fuck everything that moves. If this is the cause of stroppiness, maybe ease off on the bars…..just once or twice a week and not ones where she knows there are sheilas openly available for fuckage.
She’s pushing menopause age too, right? Does she have kids from previous fellas? Or has she talked about wanting them? Many Asians know nothing different other than pushing out sprog after sprog after sprog. She might be getring shit from her family about it, or her biological clock is ticking away and she is thinking if you arent going to lay the seed, then time to look elsewhere.
Is it money? She might be getting all kinds of pressure from deadbeat family and gold digger relatives to milk you dry. For sure they talk about it, and the fact you arent giving her a thousand bucks a month may be causing her to lose face among them.
Or is it simply (I’m sure this is at least part of it) that you are to put it bluntly a bit of a cunt, lol. Average SE Asian chick goes to sleep at night and dreams of her prince charming – some fag from a K-Poop band, Brad Pitt, Rodrigo Duterte, not fartass, piss pants John bloody McCrarey haha.

Possible the bar is being cantankerous to make you move on? Is it somewhere you have “history”…?
We sometimes do that at my place in Angeles when we get a group of extremely drunk older Korean men that are being excessively touchy and making the girls feel uncomfortable.
5 minutes of Slayer or Metallica makes them move on really fast. My regulars know what is going on and just laugh about it. If it goes too long, once the pests have left I will pass out some shots.

I assume Vietnam is off the list due to having no real retirement visa. Most of us only get a 90 day stay and then you have to leave the country and re-apply. Gets tiresome (and a waste of money) to do. If you are based in Danang for example it is a 12-15 hour hot and dusty day to the Laos border and back and runs close to 200 bucks. Screw doing that every 90 days when you are in your 80s.

Mate – I mean this with the utmost respect, but you’ve gotta do sonething about that gut. I’d wager that alone is responsible for 90% of your health issues.
You definitely toned down last year when you were “counting calories” You probably get enough daily exercise, but it is kind of pointless when you replace it with 1,000 calorie, nutrient-less shitty bar food and God only knows what snacks.
There was a famous interview with that pom, Ed Sheeran who had just lost a ton of weight. He was asked how he got in shape (diet plan, exercise regimen etc) and his reply was “I just switched from beer to vodka!” haha.
Have you thought about intermittent fasting? With your sleep pattern, you could just stop eating at 7pm or so, and then really just need to skip breakfast – you can eat again after 16 hours, so would be fine by 11am or so. If you do those hash walks in the morning, even better on an empty stomach because you will have used up all of your glycogen stores by that stage, and just be burning pure fat.
It’s boring, but try it for a month and see the results.
I’m not a Dr Jo level medical professional (merely a lowly ex-Vet), but these kinds of health issues stretch across all species.
