Conservatively speaking…

So, it turns out I am VERY conservative. Big surprise huh? Actually, it really kind of is a surprise, at least to me. Certainly, I had my thinking set straight about some things one beautiful September morning in 2001, but otherwise my core beliefs and values haven’t changed all that much. I mean, I didn’t vote for my first Republican until 2004. So, maybe all those years I thought of myself as a moderate Democrat were just living a lie.

Anyway, I am out of the closet now. So, where do you stand? Take the quiz here. And if you got the guts, leave your score in the comments.

I scored 209. 146

UPDATE: I actually scored a 146. 209 is the mean. Thanks to Jenn for pointing that out.

  1. 166 was my score. So it says I’m conservative. I don’t know if that means more or less conservative than 209. Fiscally speaking very conservative. Socially more liberal. I believe in individual freedoms with less goverment. So ponder me this “grass-hopper” How in the world could big goverment and taxing me out the arse be considered liberal?

  2. I wonder how the scores work out! It said the average American scored 209.5 – and since your score as 209, does that mean the average American is very conservative?

My score was 268/400 which makes me “very progressive.” Eez suprizeeng?

  3. Oh, and if I don’t start getting some validation from your silly Comment Overlord I’m going to throw a tantrum.

  4. About damn time you got back to blogging. I told you it was sad that I missed your Blogs. hahaha. You better make sure that we see you in April, if your still your way. Also, took the little quiz and ended up with 193/400. Guess you would call that conservative.
