I found that everything in that paragraph made sense except for the vague phrase “increase positive behaviors.” I have no idea what that means, and that’s the phrase on which the whole paragraph depends since you’re obviously supposed to have metrics that allow you concretely to measure the increase in those “behaviors”—such that you’ll see a 2% increase over the next two years, and a 5% increase over a five-year term (I guess that’s an average of 1% per year). So what does it mean to “increase positive behaviors,”and how do you measure that? I gather that “MSCS” will do the tracking and measuring… but how?

Am sitting here trying to think of a clever comment. At first, I wanted to write, “Maybe the cosmos is trying to tell you something,” but then I realized that this isn’t about the toxicity of bar culture in general: it’s about the lameness of juicy bars in particular. So scratch “cosmos” language.
I guess the practical questions are: how far out of your way are you willing to go to get what you want? How close is it to the nearest town or city with non-lame bars? And can you bike there? And would it be safe to bike back home after drinking?

Congrats on the bike! Quite cheap, too. I can sympathize re: saddle sores and the amount of effort it takes to go up even small hills with shallow slopes. If the new seat you bought proves insufficient, you can probably buy a gel covering for the seat, which might help a little bit.
