Here is the link to Folks’ blog story that includes some of the evidence.
http://www.fitsnews.com/2010/05/26/haley-gate-the-storm-before-the-storm/
I’m not trying to say you DIDN’T bang Haley…but I am pretty sure this guy did.

You better do some more research here. First, Folks is a conservative blogger and has been an outspoken Haley supporter. He used to work for Mark Sanford before he was fired after he had a domestic dispute with his now wife. It is funny that Palin, who blindly through her support behind Haley a few weeks ago, is blaming this one on the “lame stream mediaâ€â€¦.
Also, check out Folks blog again…he has actually produced text messages and is releasing phone records about this alleged affair. Also, other media outlets have evidence that some sort of relationship did take place between Haley and Folks. There is a smoking gun.
Another note, for something to be so untrue, it is remarkable that Haley has not demanded the post be removed or taken legal action.
I’ll be you a beer this story ends up being true.
As for me, I plan to vote for Haley. She is perfect for South Carolina. A clueless hypocrite.

Obama calls for civility in political discourse
John, actually The National Review begs to differ you on who said “tea bagger” first.
This article is not a parody and comes from a conservative source.
http://nrd.nationalreview.com/article/?q=Mjk1YmRjNzIxNmUwMTI0ZWYxZWU4OWU2MzFiOWJmNDE=
Granted most people that use the term are not doing it as a sign of respect, but I think it is still a little thin skinned for a group of people, some of which are actually wearing tea bags all over their hats and shirts, to be offended when they are called tea baggers. Especially when, as the story link above states, they started the expression because they, like A LOT of people, didn’t know about the sexual term tea bagging.
Let’s face it, tea bagging isn’t a real common sexual term. I bet a lot of people calling the Tea Party members “tea baggers” couldn’t even explain what “tea bagging” is in sexual terms.

I remember when you applauded John Stewart for skewering Keith Olbermann when he screaming racism for no apparent reason. You were right to do so. Olbermann was acting like a fool. How is what you are doing any different than Keith.
You used to always tell me “two wrongs don’t make a right…”
If someone calls me a cracker and I respond by calling him or her the “n” word, I am not pointing out a double standard, I am just acting like as big of a dope as he or she is.

This is almost as bad as the “indoctrination of young people” we hear about when Obama spoke to school children about staying in school and working hard etc. I was surprised you took the bait on that one too.
All three groups of people he mentioned traditionally don’t turn out well at elections. That changed in 2008 which is why Obama won. If the Dem’s are going to have a chance in any election they need those demographics to show up again. That isn’t racist, it is a fact.
How dare him try to rally an important base for his party in the mid-terms!
Are you really going this low to find ways to hate the President? Do you really think he is a racist? Honestly?

Good stuff. Look foward to seeing the rest.
Enjoy the funeral, err, wedding.

I doubt that guy was telling the truth about going to school with Obama. Obama was probably in Kenya at a madrassa learning how to destroy America.
If only this were a joke:

Also, it isn’t nice to call your president a geeky nerd. It helps the terrorist.
Looks like you had a fun trip. Hope you are feeling better.

Is it ironic that the group that is raging against out of control government spending is using taxpayer dollars for their rallies?

The movement must be working though because the tax rate is lower this year for most Americans.

A: that bike Jee Yuen is awesome. It reminds me of my old BMX (sans the basket).
B: is that an alien on the target at which the archers are shooting?
Good stuff and thanks for sharing.

It is funny this story made its way all the way to you.
South Carolina is a great place to live. Nonstop entertainment and great weather to boot.

My point was, how do you argue with someone that already claims he is right?
Harry Truman made a lot of decisions that weren’t popular too. He was criticized for supposed ties to organized crime. He didn’t even get a second full term in office because his popularity was so low. History has proven him to be one of the all time greats.
The ink isn’t even dry on this bill and Obama isn’t even two years into his term and you’ve already deemed it all a colossal failure.
I’m not here to defend Obama against attacks from his opposition and that isn’t because they are indefensible, it is because, to me anyway it is too early to make an informed ruling. I believe anyone doing so, on either side is biased or has his or her mind made up and it will not change regardless of what transpires over the next few years.
It is clear to me what category you fall under.

I’m glad you know you are right. Must be nice to have it all figured out. If your newfound heroes in the Republican party were right as much as you they may not have lost power in 2004 and 2008.
Remember back then, when you used to fill this blog space saying polls were stupid, and people that didn’t support the president were not patriotic? Guess you were right then too.
It is amazing how you changed from defense to offense right after Bush left office. Why didn’t you raise questions about the out of control government spending then? Was it because you were too busy knocking the people that were doing the EXACT same thing you are now? They were questioning the president too.
You called them idiots. And you called yourself right.
I think I see how this works.

50.4 pecent. Huge Majority.
Remember your response when a majority of those polled opposed the war in Iraq?
And do you think 50 pecent of the country is in this Tea Party movement you are so proud of? Do you think 50 percent of this country are behind the movement that Glenn Beck and Fox News created?
Please.

Yep, Media Matters. Don’t worry, I read hotairpundit and Drudge too.
A plant? Really? For a guy that knocks Kool-Aid drinkers, you slug down quite a bit.
I think we can all agree thefringe is crazy on both the right and the left. I just never took you as someone to defend the cooks, much less join them.

I guess your two links (which are from the same place) trump mine.
I didn’t conduct the Gallup poll, I just linked it and it clearly states a slim majority of people support the bill. It is about 50-50 in every poll I’ve seen.
Obama is the president and the Dems are in power. It’s their job the pass their agenda. If you don’t like it, tough. vote him out in 2012. He has his legacy now, and time will tell if it is good or bad. Period. You have to give him credit for getting it passed when so many others have tried and failed in the past.
Oh, and on a side note, still no successful terrorist attacks on U.S. soil under Obama.
» Posted By Kevin On 25/March/2010 @ 8:50 am
Did you conduct that poll? The Gallup poll I saw had a majority of the people supporting the bill.

I think the effect of this bill, both good and bad, is being greatly exaggerated. After seeing so many try and fail and ANY kind of reform, you have to hand it to Obama for getting SOMETHING done. Like all presidents, history will judge if it was good or bad.
