Samgyetang? That’s some good shit! (I love the goopy rice inside the chicken.) I hope you’re feeling better soon. Make sure you get some rest when you’re not darting!

It’s freezing, but I’m roasting
Mmmmm – that sounds yummy. You popped it in a bag? What sort of bag? Like a HompePlus shopping bag? Didn’t that taste all plasticky?

Merry Christmas, John! I know what you mean about the lack of Christmas spirit. All day I kept saying to the cat, “Hey – it’s Christmas and we don’t give a crap!” He’d yawn – which I took as him agreeing. Bah, humbug.

I grew up in the Don Valley – in Toronto! Cool! Go kick some dart ass!

I’m glad I’m not driving these days. I’d weep every time I filled the tank! Speaking of you having gas, someone made it to my blog by the other day by googling “pants filled with farts.” Nice!

Oh! I totally want to see Reign Over Me! I like Adam Sandler in serious roles. I really enjoyed him in Punch Drunk Love. Have you ever seen that? I can’t remember what you said about my list of movies,…I think maybe you’d seen most of them? I have the first season of Nip/Tuck. Interested>?

I’m licking my computer screen! I think you did a great job! Easy Peasy and Deliciouseezy!
I notice you did not use the Triscuits. YOU HAVE TRISCUITS!!!! I think the expiration date on those might be coming up soon, and you should probably send them down here for quick consumption!» Posted By Jenn On 18/November/2007 @ 7:29 pm

Ahhhhhh. City cabs here start at 1,800 and go up after midnight as well. Because I’m in the country, though, cabs are more expensive, starting at 2,700. I’m not quite sure why.
Yes – come to think of it, I always arrange a flat rate for the ride to Pusan.
You going to have a good weekend, or what?» Posted By Jenn On 24/August/2007 @ 12:52 pm
I don’t like ketchup, but I like your catsup! How was all that with the weather? Is it soupy up there?
I wonder what’s up witht he cabs up there? Are they mosre expensive? Just out of curiosity, what do they start out at? In Kyushu, (Japan) it costs about 6,500W to sit your ass down after they’ve opened the doors. A 30 minute ride costs about a hundred bucks. But down here, a 20 minute ride is about man won,…and I can get to Pusan in an hour for 50,000. Hmmmmm! You say your life isn’t exciting, but aye, Cap’n,…’tis captivating!

Interesting! My mind said “Hmmmm!” and “Really???” and “I didn’t know that!!!!”
So there ya go! Cool!» Posted By Jenn On 15/August/2007 @ 7:07 am
Ahhh – looks like fun! I really like your team jersey, and I like your green shirt as well!

I wish we had DVD hawkers down here! Maybe you and I should set up a swap – I lend you mine if you lend me yours! Orrrrrrr, maybe if I send you some won, you can buy a couple for me?! I want to see some movies that never made it to the big screen here. How much are they?

I bet you FEEL like you’ve got nothing to say,…I often feel the same way. In fact, though, I bet there’s a tonne of stuff you could say. Just that you don’t feel like saying it!

I think you should be a sports reporter! Good luck in the playoffs~

Jeeze – I’m a bad Canadian. I just read the article you referred to, and I was SHOCKED to hear that Harold Ballard had died! I was shaking my head, thinking about how far out of the loop I’ve been the last few years – and then I realized I was mistaking Harold Ballard for Don Cherry in my head! What the hell’s the matter with me? I best get home for a catch-up. Next I’ll be confusing Anne Murray with Alanis Morrisette!
By the way – I read an article today on Canadians as well on MSN (dot see eh) on misconceptions about Canucks: http://travel.sympatico.msn.ca/Canadian+Misconceptions+That+Drive+Me+Nuts/TravelFeatures/Articles/TS+CanadianMisconceptionsThatDriveMeNuts.htm?isfa=1I like “We’re also all familiar with comic Rick Mercer, who has had President Bush lauding the efforts of Prime Minister Poutine.”
Ha!» Posted By Jenn On 04/May/2007 @ 3:21 am
Ha – you’re funny! I can’t wait to pull your suit jacket over your head hockey style. Man, I’d love to join your dart team – but I think my wildly inconsistent skills would really tick you off. You never know, though. Maybe I’ll end up in the big smoke,…but maybe I’ll end up in Mongolia.
» Posted By Jenn On 04/May/2007 @ 3:10 am
That’s funny!

I hadn’t really followed the controversy over the Natalie Maine’s remarks in London back in 2003. I didn’t (and still don’t, really) understand what all the fuss is about voicing dissent on foreign soil. And was she “trashing her country?” Didn’t she just say that she was ashamed Bush hailed from her home state?
I’ve been trying to find articles where she’s whining about censorship, and I’m not having much luck. I don’t think I’d describe her as “chickenshit,” though.» Posted By Jenn On 16/March/2007 @ 5:58 am
Hey! Your face is bald! It looks good, but I think actually that your mustache WAS ro blame for a lot of the world’s troubles. Hopefully things will be better now.

Merry Christmas John! I LOVED that play! Thank you for sharing it. I hope you have a great holiday back home with your family. I think it’s great that you seem to be posting more there than when you’re in Korea!

«« Back To Stats PageMan – I was just thinking today how much I want some turkey. I think I was influenced by reading other American blogs about their turkey dinners – and then there you go, talking turkey in Korea! Hmph!
It looks good, though – and I’m glad you finally updated!
I hope you won’t be too lonely without your son around. Happy belated T-Day. That means YOU!» Posted By Jenn On 27/November/2006 @ 2:20 am
