Obviously John had gone to the Doctor and is trying to address some of those issues. One last thing I’d like to ask. You mentioned Chantrix. I have my own Doctors appointment the 18th. This is a man who from time to time speaks as if his death were looming just before him. He has bad habits and worse at times a very negative outlook. He is however very competitive. So if my gloating and plain speaking goads him in to losing weight and dial down the bad habits then that is a good thing. Oddly enough I don't want him to die and I hate it when he is depressed. (Yes I am gloating) BMI-25. I would like to lose 10 lbs for asthetic reasons. The doctor says I am perfect. I got a prescription for Chantrix. After a week I had to go off of it. So looks like I either keep smoking or go cold turkey. Lose some weight and the rest will follow. Smoke -check; drink-check; high blood pressure -nope try 110/60; cholesterol-127.
