For example, I only need a microscopic amount to make my Thai red curry chicken with pineapples and mushroom taste wonderful. On the other side, John does make a really mean carrot cake I had the pleasure of a sample on Duke's going away party. I least I think it was the creation of LTG...I was pretty damn pissed. KIMCHI!! .... cymbal crash... Kimchi is the shrimp of the earth. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, sautee it. There's, um, kimchi kebabs, kimchi creole, kimchi gumbo, pan fried, deep fried, stir fried. There's pineapple kimchi and lemon kimchi, coconut kimchi, pepper kimchi, kimchi soup, kimchi stew, kimchi salad, kimchi and potatoes, kimchi burger, kimchi sandwich... That's, that's about it.
