Well not sure about my redeeming my status, will need to get some practice in before I do that. Have played a couple of times here in soft tip leagues and I do know I was more challenged there. So you never know, maybe get lucky and another job will open up and move back. haha

Duke, glad to see you are still among the living. You need to come back if for no other reason than to redeem your current SIDL ranking.

Hope you are well. We miss you.

I don't remember the carrot cake? All I remember is alcohol and the fear of leaving. Now trying to find away to get kicked out of the USA and back to Korea.

I can pretty much make anything with even the tiniest amount of kimchi. For example, I only need a microscopic amount to make my Thai red curry chicken with pineapples and mushroom taste wonderful. On the other side, John does make a really mean carrot cake I had the pleasure of a sample on Duke's going away party. I least I think it was the creation of LTG...I was pretty damn pissed.

Anyways, where do you live? I am invading and taking all of your food.

Yeah, nothing that that "Bubba Gump" kimchi. I actually have some kimchi in the fridge, I just need to remember to break it out. Hmmm, kimchi in the sweet taters instead of butter and cinnamon, that could work!

John...that menu sounds great. The Goat is quite a wheel in the kitchen as well, so in the spirit of the Iron Chef, I would like to propose a head to head match up where the secret ingredient is ........... drum roll ......... KIMCHI!! .... cymbal crash...

Kimchi is the shrimp of the earth. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, sautee it. There's, um, kimchi kebabs, kimchi creole, kimchi gumbo, pan fried, deep fried, stir fried. There's pineapple kimchi and lemon kimchi, coconut kimchi, pepper kimchi, kimchi soup, kimchi stew, kimchi salad, kimchi and potatoes, kimchi burger, kimchi sandwich... That's, that's about it.
