I decided long, long ago not to ever let age be a factor in anything I do in this life, which is good and bad at the same time, as I've been finding out in the gym the last year (no matter what the mind may think, the body just ain't the same as it was 15 or 20 years ago!) I don't know what you've been going through and it's no one's business but your own - but I'm glad to see that whatever it is/was, you've decided to get off the mat and go a few more rounds.
